Master Amadoro explains that the structure doesn’t follow ordinary spatial rules. Rooms, corridors, engines, libraries, nurseries, and other areas appear to be stitched together in completely unpredictable ways. It’s basically a vertical nightmare where conventional navigation means very little.

That creates an obvious problem for the rescue team. Their entrance was anything but quiet, so stealth is already compromised. If they move too slowly, they could become trapped inside the tower’s shifting geography before they even reach their objectives.

Then things become considerably darker.

The Tower Is Powered by Human Suffering

The group eventually reaches an enormous cathedral-like area. At first, the atmosphere creates an almost ridiculous philosophical discussion among the witches. Why would Majiks build something resembling a human place of worship? What could they possibly worship?

The tower appears to use captured humans as living sources of magical energy. The hostages are effectively being treated as batteries, with their power siphoned away to fuel the structure.

This detail gives the Ribboncandy Rescue Arc a much heavier edge. Until this point, the tower’s bizarre design could almost be treated as another strange Majik creation. Once the human prisoners are revealed to be part of its power system, the rescue mission becomes much more urgent.

Sukemaru Is Possibly the Worst Spy Ever

And then there is Sukemaru.

I have to admit, his entire sequence is hilarious. Sukemaru believes he is conducting an elite espionage operation, secretly following the witches while listening to their plans. In his mind, his invisibility makes him completely untouchable.

The problem?

The witches can see him.

Even worse, the flat-capped witch is practically standing beside him while calmly writing down everything he says. Sukemaru doesn’t realize that he is giving the enemy useful intelligence completely for free.

He proceeds to reveal that the witches have correctly identified their objective, that Lord Hakari knows about their presence, and that the rescue operation is already being anticipated.

For a supposed spy, Sukemaru is unbelievably bad at keeping secrets.

The Rock-Paper-Scissors Strategy Was Peak Ichi the Witch

After dealing with Sukemaru’s accidental intelligence dump, Amadoro divides the group into separate missions. One team is assigned to hunt for Hakari, while the other focuses on rescuing the captured companions.

The situation should feel extremely serious. Instead, the witches start arguing over which route they should take and eventually settle the matter through Rock-Paper-Scissors.

Ichi’s internal reaction basically says everything. He watches the supposedly elite witches argue and can only wonder why they are behaving like idiots.

That contrast is one of the reasons I enjoy this series. The characters can be dealing with a horrifying magical prison one moment and acting like complete goofballs the next.

Ichi Finally Senses the Invisible Threat

While everyone else is distracted, Ichi suddenly notices something isn’t right.

His instincts pick up a disturbance in the air, and he immediately focuses on Sukemaru’s position. Sukemaru’s confidence disappears almost instantly. The little Majik realizes that the boy is looking directly at him and begins desperately trying to convince himself that Ichi cannot actually see him.

The visual shift here is fantastic. Ichi becomes much more intimidating, dropping into a predatory stance while Sukemaru is effectively frozen beneath him.

But the real danger isn’t Sukemaru.

The Deintegration Rule Changes Everything

Amadoro explains one of the most important combat rules we’ve seen in this part of the story: humans and Majiks have a particularly dangerous relationship when physical contact is involved.

A single hand grabbing a Majik may not be enough to kill it. But being trapped between two hands is another story entirely.

A clap can literally disintegrate a Majik.

This makes the sudden appearance of the masked Warden far more frightening. The creature isn’t simply trying to attack Ichi. It is attempting to catch him between its hands and erase him with one devastating movement.

Amadoro’s “SIMPLE KICK!!” Is the Moment Everyone Will Remember

Just as the Warden prepares to finish Ichi, Amadoro moves.

There is no elaborate magical speech. No giant spell circle. No complicated technique name.

He simply kicks the Warden directly in the face.

“SIMPLE KICK!!”

And it absolutely destroys the mood of the Warden’s dramatic entrance in the funniest possible way.

The impact cracks the creature’s mask and sends it reeling. Amadoro then looks down at his opponent with a grin and casually refers to it as a “trash Majik.”

Personally, this is exactly the kind of moment that makes a manga memorable. The story spends time establishing the Warden as a terrifying threat, explains how dangerous its ability is, and then Amadoro basically responds with raw physical violence.

What Could Happen in Ichi the Witch Chapter 95?

Chapter 95 now has several very interesting directions it could take. My biggest expectation is that the story will finally give us a better idea of just how Amadoro fights.

1. Amadoro’s Physical Power Could Be Explained

The obvious question is whether Amadoro’s kick was simply physical strength or whether some kind of magical enhancement was involved.

My guess is that his fighting style may revolve around enhancing his body rather than relying on conventional long-range spells. That would make him particularly dangerous inside the Ribboncandy Cathedral, where the strange architecture may interfere with conventional magic.

If Amadoro can reinforce his muscles, acceleration, and striking power through magic, he could essentially function as a walking anti-Majik weapon.

2. Sukemaru Could Become an Accidental Guide

Sukemaru is now in a terrible position. His secret mission has failed, his invisibility is useless against Ichi, and the Warden he presumably expected to protect him has just been kicked across the room.

I would not be surprised if Chapter 95 turns Sukemaru into an unwilling source of information.

He already talks too much. Put him under pressure and he may accidentally reveal everything the rescue team needs to know, including the tower’s layout, the location of the prisoners, and the routes leading toward Hakari.

3. Hakari May Finally Treat the Witches as a Serious Threat

The impact of Amadoro’s attack should not go unnoticed. If the tower has any kind of internal monitoring system, the destruction of a powerful Warden should immediately alert Lord Hakari.

This could be the point where Hakari stops waiting for the witches to make a mistake and starts actively manipulating the battlefield.

The tower’s shifting architecture could become an actual weapon, separating the teams and forcing them into different combat zones.

4. The White-Haired Strategist May Have to Rebuild the Plan

The strategist’s problem is almost comical. He has to monitor multiple groups at once while the situation changes faster than expected.

The teams haven’t even fully settled their deployment routes when Amadoro has already turned the first confrontation upside down.

Chapter 95 could therefore spend some time showing the tactical side of the operation, switching between the rescue team, the Hakari hunting group, and the deeper sections of the tower.
