Where To Watch Rich Girl Caretaker Anime Uncensored With English Subtitles Online
There is always that one romantic comedy anime every season that manages to capture attention before the first episode even airs. For Summer 2026, that title appears to be “Rich Girl Caretaker: I’m Secretly the Caregiver of the Most Popular Girl in This Rich Kid School”. At first, the premise sounds familiar: an ordinary boy, an unreachable wealthy girl, an elite academy, and a romance that grows despite their completely different worlds. However, the more you learn about the story, the more obvious it becomes that this series has its own unique charm.
Based on the popular light novel series written by Yusaku Sakaishi and illustrated by Sakura Miwabe, the anime follows Itsuki Tomonari, a hardworking student who unexpectedly becomes the secret 24/7 caretaker of Hinako Konohana, the most admired and elegant girl at a prestigious school for wealthy students.
The funny part is that Hinako’s perfect image only exists outside her home. Behind closed doors, the school’s most flawless princess is completely helpless. She struggles with basic daily responsibilities, cannot manage simple chores, and depends on Itsuki to prevent her carefully maintained reputation from collapsing.
What starts as an unusual arrangement slowly becomes something much deeper. Through countless chaotic situations, the two begin understanding each other beyond social status and appearances. The result is a romantic comedy built around trust, emotional growth, and the idea that even the most admired people can have hidden weaknesses.

For fans who regularly follow seasonal anime, this is exactly the kind of show that can create a strong weekly community. Romantic comedies with memorable character chemistry often become the titles people discuss after every episode, and Rich Girl Caretaker has all the ingredients needed for that type of fan reaction.
Will Rich Girl Caretaker Have an Uncensored Version?
One of the most common questions appearing among anime viewers is whether Rich Girl Caretaker will receive an uncensored release.
The answer is most likely no. Unlike certain mature ecchi anime that receive separate broadcast and uncensored editions, this series is focused primarily on romance, comedy, and character development rather than explicit content.
The anime may include typical romantic comedy situations and light fanservice moments, but the main appeal of the story comes from Hinako’s personality, her hidden struggles, and the unusual relationship she develops with Itsuki.
The standard streaming version should contain the complete story without important scenes being removed. In my opinion, that is actually the right direction for this series because Hinako’s charm comes from her contrast between the perfect public image and the chaotic reality nobody else sees.
English Subtitles and Possible English Dub Release
International viewers will be able to watch Rich Girl Caretaker with official English subtitles through Crunchyroll. This is especially important for a series like this because much of the humor depends on character personalities, timing, and the difference between Hinako’s elegant behavior at school and her completely different personality at home.
A quality translation will play a major role in making those comedic moments work for international audiences.
An English dub has not been officially confirmed, but many fans believe the series has strong potential for one. Romantic comedy anime with popular characters often receive dubbed versions when international demand becomes high.
- English subtitles: Expected from the first episode release.
- English dub: Possible future announcement depending on popularity.
- Release timing: A potential dub would likely arrive weeks after the Japanese broadcast.
Why Fans Are Excited About Rich Girl Caretaker
The biggest reason anime communities are interested in this adaptation is the relationship dynamic between Itsuki and Hinako.
Many romance anime follow a familiar pattern where the protagonist helps a mysterious or emotionally distant heroine. Rich Girl Caretaker changes that formula by making the “perfect girl” secretly the person who needs the most help.
Hinako is not simply the unreachable rich girl archetype. She is someone struggling with expectations, trying to maintain an image that becomes impossible to handle alone.
Some of the biggest discussion points among fans include:
- Hinako’s double life: Her elegant school personality compared with her completely helpless private side creates endless comedy possibilities.
- Itsuki’s role: He is not just a passive romantic protagonist but someone actively supporting the heroine.
- The slow romance: Their relationship develops through everyday experiences rather than instant attraction.
- Brain’s Base animation: Fans are hoping the studio delivers expressive character animation and strong emotional scenes.
The voice cast has also generated plenty of excitement, especially the choice of Konomi Kohara as Hinako. Many viewers believe her experience with energetic and expressive characters makes her a perfect fit for a heroine who must switch between a refined princess and a complete disaster at home.
My Expectations for Rich Girl Caretaker
After looking at the premise and the creative team behind the project, I believe Rich Girl Caretaker has the potential to become one of those romance anime that surprises people during the season.
The concept itself is simple, but simple concepts often become memorable when the characters are written well. The idea of a famous rich girl secretly depending on an ordinary student is not completely new, but Hinako’s personality gives the story a fresh angle.
The biggest challenge will be balancing comedy with emotional storytelling. If the anime explores why Hinako hides her weaknesses and why Itsuki chooses to stay by her side, the series could become something much more meaningful than a standard school romance.
