What I appreciate most is that Olivia never exists simply to be protected. As the story progresses, she becomes increasingly confident and chooses to fight alongside Leon instead of hiding behind him.
Her kindness balances Leon’s sarcastic personality perfectly.

The Republic arc introduced one of my favorite additions to the series.
