Why This Series Continues to Stand Out

One of the biggest reasons I enjoy So You Weren’t Into Me?! is that its misunderstandings actually make sense.

Okabe isn’t dense simply because the plot requires him to ignore obvious romantic advances. His behavior comes from a believable past experience that shaped how he interprets every interaction.

Likewise, the girls around him don’t exist solely to compete for attention. Each has her own personality, emotional responses, and completely different way of approaching romance.

Chapter 24 highlights all of those strengths while also giving Satori meaningful development in surprisingly little page count.

That’s impressive storytelling.
