But Ars’ situation is changing.

He is no longer simply a young lord searching for talented individuals.

He is becoming a leader.

And being a leader means that eventually you have to make decisions where there is no perfect answer.

Season 3 is expected to put much more emphasis on warfare, territorial expansion, political maneuvering, and military strategy. Ars will have to determine not only who is useful, but where and when each person’s abilities should be used.

That distinction is what makes the series so entertaining for me.

Ars isn’t winning because he suddenly becomes the strongest character on the battlefield. He wins by understanding people.

His Appraisal Skill is powerful, but knowing someone’s potential does not automatically solve every problem. He still needs to convince people to join him, understand their personalities, manage relationships, make political decisions, and deal with enemies who have their own ambitions.

That makes his victories feel different from those in many conventional isekai stories.

There is something satisfying about watching Ars discover a seemingly insignificant person and realize that they could become incredibly important.

It almost feels like watching someone build a fantasy kingdom in a strategy game — except the people involved have their own emotions, fears, ambitions, and loyalties.

That naturally makes the upcoming season feel more serious. The fun of watching Ars discover talented people is still there, but the consequences of his decisions are becoming much bigger.

If you enjoy isekai anime that rely on strategy, character relationships, politics, and world-building rather than simply giving the protagonist overwhelming combat power, Season 3 is definitely one to keep an eye on.

For me, the most exciting part isn’t even seeing who Ars can defeat.

It’s seeing who he will discover, how he will use their talents, and whether his idealistic approach to leadership can survive when the world around him turns toward war.
